Sound Sky is a location-sensitive audio-visual artwork that grows over time as people contribute to it. It’s a collaboration between artists, Christchurch organisations and the public.
It makes use of an app to allow people to record their memories and thoughts at various locations throughout the city, allowing for reflection and participation in the post-quake landscape. Sound Sky uses content from our Transitional City Audio Tour that ran in 2012/13 starting at the Pallet Pavilion.
