Two Vacancies to Fill (TEAM AND BOARD)

Project Developer (paid, full-time)

We have some big stuff on the horizon this year in the city. So this Project Developer role will see you either deliver Gap Filler projects in the city OR coordinate a range of projects by others on a large area of land in the central city.

Project management and event experience a must, as is some fluency in landscape and design. And you must be adaptable, creative, hard working, practical and have TOP NOTCH relationship management and communication skills.

It’s a challenging role, but very exciting.

Board member, Gap Filler Trust (voluntary)

We have 7-8 weekday evening meetings per year and one strategy day. There are also opportunities to come along to Gap Filler events and social occasions. For example, our Chair, Ciaran, often MCs events or random Gap Filler happenings (like the opening of the Retro Sports Facility).

We’re looking to bring some more diversity to our board.

We’re especially interested in someone who:
– can help to bridge the gap between commercial and community/social spheres
– has experience in the entrepreneurial space
– has experience in non-profit fundraising

We are also interested in having another person with some Maori heritage, ideally Ngai Tahu. You may not have all of these things, and that’s OK! Please get in contact with us to learn more.
